Data processed

The translated contact form prepares an email in your mail application. The original BOS form, in French, is hosted by Bitrix24 and loads only after you request it; if submitted, your information is sent to BOS through Bitrix24. The Calendly calendar also loads only after you request it and processes the information needed to schedule a meeting under its privacy notice (Calendly).

When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and secure it, such as IP address, time, page address, response code and browser information. Retention depends on the hosting configuration.

Browser storage

The language selected on the site and your response to the banner are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). They stay on your device and these pages do not send them to BOS. The language remains until you clear the site data. The banner choice is requested again after six months.

The language choice and banner response are stored in localStorage. This site does not use BOS analytics or advertising cookies or tracking. The third-party calendar stays off until you choose to open it; once loaded, Calendly may use cookies and shows its own privacy choices. The BOS banner does not replace those choices.

Recipients

Emails sent to BOS are accessible to the people handling them and the email providers needed to deliver them. If you load the original form, Bitrix24 provides it and sends the details you submit to BOS. If you use the booking calendar, Calendly processes technical and booking information under its own terms and privacy notice (Calendly). Website technical data may also be processed by hosting and security providers.

Retention

Browser preferences remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser settings. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, according to the obligations that apply to it. Retention of technical logs depends on the hosting configuration.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability where it applies, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact BOS at contact@bos-lux.com. You may also complain to the CNPD.
