Engagement and implementation

Who is OptimaBiZZ for?

Manufacturing, construction, installation and maintenance companies that want simpler, more visible and more efficient business processes.

Can we start with one function?

Yes. Work can begin with one priority process and expand after the team has validated how it works.

Can we start from scratch?

Yes. The work can structure a process that is not yet supported by digital tools or improve an existing setup.

How does a project work?

We discuss how work happens, define the target process and scope, put the useful tools in place, then support the team as it adopts and adjusts the new workflow.

Do you provide training?

Getting the team started is included according to the agreed scope. Additional sessions or ongoing support can be planned.

Does OptimaBiZZ replace our current tools?

Not necessarily. The project starts by reviewing current tools and whether they should be connected, adapted or replaced.

Do we have to buy a package?

No. Scope is set around the process and company priorities. Functions can be implemented separately or as a coordinated workflow.

How does a single function differ from the OptimaBiZZ package?

A single function addresses one need or lets the company improve step by step. The OptimaBiZZ package coordinates several functions in an integrated approach; its scope is confirmed after reviewing the processes.

How long will it take and what will it cost?

That depends on the process, data, integrations and support required. BOS sets out scope and costs in a proposal before work starts.

Who owns the accounts and content?

Access, accounts, data and content are clarified in the project scope and terms. They are organised around responsibilities agreed with the company.

Do we have to use AI?

No. AI is used only when it can help the process in a practical way and the company approves its intended use.

What external costs could there be?

Depending on the project, hosting, subscriptions, licences, extensions or third-party content may cost extra. These are identified during scoping.

How do we get started?

Describe a typical job and where work slows down. You can write to us or book a 30-minute conversation.

Websites and communication

These services are included when they form part of a company’s needs; they complement the business processes described on this site.

Can you create a website or redesign an existing one?

Either is possible when a web project is part of the need. Scope, hosting and third-party costs are set out before work begins.

Can the website be prepared for search engines?

A web project can include technical SEO basics such as page structure, labels, keywords and load time. Ranking also depends on other factors, so results are not guaranteed.

What does a communications strategy cover?

It sets objectives, audiences, messages, tone, visuals and suitable channels. Actions are shaped around the company’s sector and needs.

What content can you create?

Depending on the agreed scope: written copy, photos, videos, brochures, social posts or company presentations.

How soon can communication show results?

Timing depends on the actions, audience and starting point. Measures and review intervals are agreed at the outset; outcomes are not guaranteed.

Which social networks do you recommend?

The choice depends on the sector, intended audience and available resources. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok can be considered where they fit the audience.

Does the company keep control of its social accounts?

Yes. The accounts remain under the company’s control. BOS can work with the team under agreed access rights and responsibilities.

Do you provide performance reports?

Depending on the platforms and agreed scope, a report can track measures such as reach, engagement and audience growth.
