Data processed

These websites have no user account, contact form or newsletter sign-up. If you email BOS, the contact details and information you choose to include are used to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a business relationship.

When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and secure it, such as IP address, time, page address, response code and browser information. Retention depends on the hosting configuration.

Browser storage

The language selected on the site and your response to the banner are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). They stay on your device and these pages do not send them to BOS. The language remains until you clear the site data. The banner choice is requested again after six months.

These websites currently use no analytics or advertising cookies, tracking tools or embedded content from third-party services. Accepting the banner does not enable tracking. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Recipients

Messages you send to BOS are accessible to the people handling them and the email providers needed to deliver them. Technical visit data may be processed by providers needed to host and secure the site. These pages do not send data to analytics or advertising services.

Retention

Browser preferences remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser settings. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, according to the obligations that apply to it. Retention of technical logs depends on the hosting configuration.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability where it applies, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact BOS at contact@bos-lux.com. You may also complain to the CNPD.
